With an experience of 13 years in Human Resources, Kailash leads our HR Team at GenY Medium. Prior to this role, he has been associated with the Aviation Industry and has worked both in the International and Domestic Markets at Middle and Senior Level Management. Kailash is described as a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ by his teammates. He is a very resourceful, serious multi-tasker and caring professional who tries to find solutions that benefit employees and the organization that he is working for. During his career of 13 years, he has helped Organizations in their Executive Decision Making and has also mentored/coached many individuals, who are currently working in MNCs worldwide. Kailash has an MBA in Executive Management from West Coast University, Panama, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Kailash in his free time likes to play badminton, go swimming, hit the gym, or cook sumptuous meals for himself and his family.
