GenY Medium Forays into Global Markets; signs an agreement to start operations in Canada

The city based Digital Marketing firm, GenY Medium, is all set to start its overseas operations starting from Toronto, Canada. The firm has signed an agreement in the presence of Mr. K T Rama Rao, Minister for Information Technology (IT), Govt. of Telangana and Mr. Francois-Phillipe Champagne, Minister of International Trade, Canada on Friday at an event of Indo-Canadian bilateral relationships. The expansion is an outcome of a trade delegation’s visit from Canada to Hyderabad earlier in 2017 inviting companies in India to explore business opportunities in Canada.

Co-Founder and CEO of GenY Medium, Yashwant Kumar said, “We already serve a few customers and brands in Canada. By setting footprint in the region, GenY will not only contribute to Indo-Canadian trade relations but with our larger vision of setting up a very technology focused digital marketing firm, help SMBs in Canada use digital marketing to grow their business.”

“GenY’s suite of technologies adds a layer of sophistication to the usual methods of running digital advertising and social media,” he added.

GenY Medium’s proprietary technologies enable ad-performance tracking, conducting market research digitally and curating engaging content. The company’s plan is to gradually ramp up the team in Canada to about 50 over the next 36 months and to serve over 100 brands in Canada, thereby helping them grow their business using digital..

The company specializes in healthcare, real estate, education and consumer goods & services domains. It offers services to reputed national and international brands including Verisign, Lenovo, Tata Projects, Apollo Group, NIIT, CignaTTK, Aparna Constructions, among others.
