Lalita leads GenY’s B2B strategy and communications team. With extensive experience in managing people and business units, Lalita has the business acumen needed to identify a client’s market and key differentiators to develop a unique brand narrative and positioning.

An experienced writer with a strong background in developing strategic content/copy, and web copy; she understands content marketing best practices. She believes in researching and understanding the client’s market, competitors, trends, reputation, differentiators, etc. to define their purpose, positioning and what they stand for.

She started her career in a public sector bank and moved on to work with Sriven Multitech, an Animation and IT services company with a global footprint. She has worn many hats, post MBA, as a C-level manager with Dell International Services, a business consultant focusing on fund raising, an Associate Professor with the Institute of Public Enterprise and as a B2B Industry Blogger with DCR Workforce (Coupa) based out of Florida.

She holds a Masters in English Literature, and also has an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
