Richa co-founded GenY Medium drawing from her online tutoring venture (www.tutorpanorama.com) which was successful solely because of intelligent digital marketing. Her hands-on approach to SEO, social media marketing and content creation has been a vital source of strength to the GenY Medium team. Richa does not hold an executive role in the company and serves on the board.

Before hitting the “road less travelled”, Richa was a senior research associate at Crisil where she led a team conducting business research for marquee clients. Richa has an MBA from the ICFAI Business School.
