Job Summary
– He/ she will be the face of the company for the clients and will be responsible for effective service delivery to clients.
– The job includes relationship management with clients, creating Online Marketing Plans as per their business goals, and executing them with the help of internal teams comprising Content, Design, Analytics, and Tech.

Key Responsibilities
– Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Communicate with clients regularly to understand their business goals and required services
– Content Marketing: Social Media, Blogs, Infographic, etc
– Social Media Branding Campaigns
– Email Marketing & Online Reputation Management
– Coordinating within the internal teams for effective sent service delivery

Desired Skills:
– Experience in marketing, branding is preferred. Understanding of marketing principles is a must.
– In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, content marketing, etc.
– Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. Being able to articulate campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders is essential.
– Analytical Skills: A command on numbers, marketing effectiveness measurement is essential Strong project management or organizational skills

Job Summary

This role would cover all technical aspects of Digital Marketing like Online Advertising (Google SEM/ Facebook Ads/ Display/ etc), Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, etc. 

Key Responsibilities 

1) Achieve higher ROI on Advertising Spend through data driven Ads Optimization (Google SEM/ Facebook Advertising/ Display/ Affiliate/ etc) 

2) Stay up to date with new tools in the industry in all domains (advertising/SEO/email marketing etc) & train the internal team to adopt the latest best practices 

3) Engage with clients in coordination with the Account Management team to explain the technical aspects 

4) Implement a data driven & analytical approach for delivering business goals for clients 

5) Set up processes for reducing errors in the execution of ad campaigns and other processes 

6) Build a culture of innovation and learning in the team

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work on pay per click accounts on various search platforms more on Google Ad words, Display Ads etc. for a variety of clients.
  2. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of account metrics.
  3. Assist in execution of strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  4. Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  5. Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  6. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  7. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Job Summary:
– We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
– The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and a deep understanding of performance-driven strategies, particularly within the real estate sector.
– This role requires a data first thinker who can develop and execute innovative campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
– Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is responsible for creating and delivering great digital campaigns.
– Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is expected to look at the measurement protocol, event tracking, custom dimensions, database marketing, marketing automation, DoubleClick advertising, Programmatic advertising, Google Analytics interface.
– Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables while providing digital media recommendations and solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
– Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validation
– Develop, execute, manage & maintain media plans
– Oversee buys, analyze campaigns, and change recommendations to maximize performance
– Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Client servicing, etc.) to manage processes

– Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, including web, mobile apps, and microsites
– Stay current with Real Estate industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and competitive.
– Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics/tracking requests
– Manage the testing, QA, QC, and debugging of tracking pixels
– Work with business partners to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable so that standard reports can be created and shared
– Produce clear and detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performance
– Take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
– Communicate with clients about projects both remotely, and in-person

– Managing advertising pixels such as AdWords, Google Analytics, floodlights, etc.
– Debugging and identification of problems is essential
– Clear understanding on how to configure profiles and views, including goals, filters and other Google Analytics functionality
– Solid understanding of event tracking and how this can be used effectively
– Ability to create clear and insightful reports using data from Google Analytics and other data sources
– Excellent Excel skills are an advantage
– An excellent communicator and be able to present ideas, verbally and in writing

Experience Required:
– Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree and related experience

– Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Experience in an agency set up would add value to the role
– Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
