Role:
● We are looking for an account director to effectively lead and oversee key performance marketing accounts. This role involves managing a team of account managers as well as servicing some of our top customer accounts pertaining to performance marketing and SEO.
● The position is also responsible for defining the team’s processes and overseeing projects.
● This is a data heavy role which requires deep expertise on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GA4 etc.
Responsibilities:
● Recruit, coach, mentor and recognize performance for an industry-leading digital marketing team all while executing on a philosophy of continuous improvement in all that we do.
● Cultivate and foster relationships with our key customers and our digital operations team.
● Work with the heads of content, design, analytics and technology teams to develop and implement strategies and processes to evolve, streamline and improve campaign management, communication, teamwork, and performance.
● Build a deep understanding of the management of the advertising platforms being utilized and an advanced ability to analyse and define strategies for maximum yield and campaign performance.
● Review campaign pacing and performance with the client services team on a weekly basis.
● Help define upsell and cross sell opportunities in order to achieve revenue goals.
● Have strong knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to effectively coach through times of significant complexity to maintain campaign performance and excellent client relationships.
● Troubleshoot tagging and pixel issues and develop a basic understanding of web design for site and compatibility issues.
● Maximize client retention and revenue growth by coaching the team to understand client needs, manage client expectations and diffuse client conflicts.
● Arbitrate and mitigate internal conflicts.
● Take a leadership role in special projects, meetings, and team events.
● Build credibility throughout the organization as an effective problem solver and thought-leader who maintains up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, processes, and industry developments & trends while continuously maintaining a demeanour of approachability.
● When necessary, assume the role of the lead account manager or strategist on high profile and complex accounts.

Education Qualification / Work Experience Required:
● A master’s degree in business administration is desired but not required.
● 7 or more years of individual digital media experience; advertising operations, account management is mandatory.
● 3 or more years of experience directly managing a fast-paced, quality-focused, client-facing team
● Outstanding leadership skills, including lead by example management style with the ability to make decisions and own them

Job Summary
This role would cover all technical aspects of Digital Marketing like Online Advertising (Google SEM/ Facebook Ads/ Display/ etc), Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, etc.

Job Description:
This is a senior role, reporting to the Chief Business Officer. As the Group Head of Real Estate Practice in Bengaluru, you would be accountable for acquiring, servicing, revenue growth and retention of all Bengaluru and Karnataka based Real Estate clients
Real Estate is one of the key growth drivers for GenY Medium.
With the support of Hyderabad delivery office and GenY Medium Real Estate track record, you will lead the acquisition and servicing of all Bengaluru and Karnataka based Real Estate clients. The below points describe the role in more detail:
1. Client Acquisition: With the help of Hyderabad leadership and delivery team, you would be responsible to pitch for new accounts in the Bengaluru area.
2. Client Servicing: You would be the owner of results for all the Real Estate accounts. This would involve crafting and delivering on client success KPIs such as leads, site visits, engagement etc. You would be supported by the Hyderabad based delivery team of 100+ digital experts.
3. Business Growth: You would be responsible to drive Year on Year growth for GenY Medium’s Real Estate practice. A key success metric is growing the size of existing customer accounts. Your ability to cross-sell and up-sell by pitching new ideas, approaches and services is important.
4. Team Management: You would be responsible for building the client servicing team who would help you manage the Bengaluru based real estate accounts. In short, Growth of GenY Medium’s Real Estate practice will be the measure of success for this role.

– Experience in an agency set up would add value to the role
– Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
