Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Director to lead our social media and branding service delivery. This role involves managing client relationships & retention, overseeing branding strategies, and driving impactful social media campaigns that enhance
brand visibility and engagement. This role is also responsible for defining and fine tuning the delivery process for our social media management and branding services.
Responsibilities:
● Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their brand goals and objectives to provide tailored strategies and solutions. Take ownership of client KPIs and retention.
● Client Revenue & Growth: Take ownership of client revenue, invoicing and collections
● Strategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media and branding strategies that align with clients’ business goals and target audiences.
● Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, ensuring that all content is consistent with brand messaging and identity.
● Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of account managers and executives fostering collaboration and encouraging innovative ideas.
● Cross Functional Relationship: Maintain and foster cross functional relationships with delivery teams to improve the quality of output.
● Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.

About the Role
This is a leadership role within the performance marketing vertical. You would be responsible for the service delivery and growth of our clients engaged with us for performance marketing. You will drive the planning, execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
● Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validation
