Ravi Jain is a co-founder of GenY Medium and started the company along with Yashwant Kumar & Richa Sethia. Ravi serves on the board of GenY Medium and is actively involved in formulating the strategy of the company and supporting the management.

Ravi has had a mix of marketing, entrepreneurial and investing experience. Ravi started his career with Procter & Gamble, Japan, where he worked on product design and consumer research. Ravi worked on new product initiatives for fabric care brands for the Japan market. Ravi was part of the entrepreneurial team which started training.com, an e-learning company within NIIT’s incubator. It is here that Ravi got hands on experience in digital marketing and got the inspiration to start GenY Medium.

Post training.com, Ravi joined VenturEast, a prestigious venture capital fund based in India. His investing interests span healthcare & cleantech sectors.

Ravi graduated at the top of his class from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business where his name featured in the Dean’s list.
